construction and restoration on the West Fork Buttermilk Trail No 411
and Martin Creek Trail No. 429. The works consists of clearing &
grubbing, excavation & embankment, log & rock stringer streamfords,
turnpike construction and restoration, construction and restoration of
grade dips, ditch construction, culvert installation and restoration,
stream channel cleanout, rock spillway, brushing, trail closure and
obliteration and mobilization. West Fork Buttermilk Trail No. 411: is
mostly within the Lake Chelan/Sawtooth Wilderness Areas.
Motorized/mechanized equipment of any type is not allowed All
regulation for Wilderness management apply. Martin Creek Trail N. 429:
is a motorized trail, motorized and mechanical equipment suitable for
a 700 millimeter tread is allowed. The estimated value of this
solicitation is between $25,000 -- $100,000. This solicitation is
