Furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to remove an existing abandoned 24-inch diameter concrete culvert from within the Trout Pond 2 dam embankment and replace embankment materials to restore the embankment prism. Work includes construction of a diaphragm wall (soil-bentonite slurry wall) within the existing Trout Pond 2 dam embankment and to repair erosion and install an outlet transition structure for the West Culvert outlet at the Lacreek National Wildlife Refuge, Bennett County, Martin South Dakota.
