THIS IS A REQUIREMENT FOR REPAIR/OVERHAUL OF NOSE AND MAIN LANDING GEAR USED ON THE P-3 AIRCRAFT. OFFERS WILL BE SOLICITED FOR A REPAIR REQUIREMENTS TYPE CONTRACT WITH A BASE PERIOD OF 2 YEARS AND 3 PRICED ONE YEAR OPTIONS. ESTIMATED TOTAL REPAIR QUANTITIES FOR THE ITEMS COVERED ARE 183 EA. MAIN LANDING GEARS (P/N 901917-101) AND 338 NOSE LANDING GEARS (P/N 937958-103). REPAIR PEICE PARTS SUPPORT WILL BE THROUGH CONTRACTOR FURNISHED EQUIPMENT WITH THE EXCEPTION OF A LIMITED NUMBER OF HIGH COST REPARABLE SUBASSEMBLIES WHICH WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE GOVERNMENT.
