Spray Ring Manifold, appl to F100/220 engine. Size and Dimensions: 3'
X 1". Predominant material is Nickel/Cobalt. Function: Distributes and
sprays fuel into the gas path for augmentor operation. Offerors must
be qualified at the time of award to be considered for award.
Qualification Requirements are available. Approved sources: Woodward
Fuel System Textron Inc., Zeeland MI and United Technologies/ Pratt &
Whitney, East Hartford CT. All potential offerors should contact the
buyer/PCO identified in this notice for additional information and/or
to communicate concerns. A 5 years requirements type contract is
contemplated; 1 basic year and 4 one year options. The BEQ for all 5
years is 34 each and the required delivery schedule is 15 each per
month after receipt of order. Government furnished drawings are not
available. To be eligible for award, offerors must be approved sources.
The Government is not required tto delay contract award pending Source
Approval Requests (SARs). Offerors are encouraged to submit SARs as
soon as possible. If the Government has not completed review of he SAR
when the contract is awarded, it will be retained and the source will
be reviewed for possible source approval for future awards. All
potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified in this
notice for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if
any, concerning this acquisition. If your concerns are not satisfied by
the contracting officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear
concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal
development phase of an acquisition. The Ombudsman does not diminish
the authority of the program director or Contracting Officer, but
communicates Contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and
recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When
requested, the Ombudsman shall maintain strict confidentially as to the
source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the
evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process. Interested
