furnish and deliver approximately 5130 tons of crushed limestone road
base material as defined in the State of Texas, Department of
Transportation, Specification 248, Type A, Grade 3. Aggregate shall be
delivered and tailgate spread on specified roads at the San Bernard
National Wildlife Refuge, Brazoria County, 13 miles southwest of Lake
Jackson, Texas. This acquisition is open to both large and small
