This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being accepted and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number F4169199Q0604 is issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-12. This is a Sole Source Requirement. The SIC Code is 7372, size standard is $18.0. Requirement is to provide Special ThemeScape Package to include ThemeServer, ThemePublisher, Web Manager, and Unlimited Map Viewers (Qty 1 ea); Annual Maintenance; 2-Day On-site Training Course to include travel expenses; 3-Day On-Site Set-up Consultation Services to include travel expenses; 10-Day On-Site Map Analysis Consultation Service to include travel expenses (service to be completed within two week period). It is the intent of the Government to award on a sole source basis to Cartia Inc. Interested parties capable of providing the above must submit written price quote to include discount terms, site locations, past performance information, and firm evidence of their ability to perform. All responses will be fully considered, but must be submitted on the ThemeScape products; _or equals_ will not be accepted. Offeror must provide cage code and ensure that they are registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, therefore the evaluation procedures at FAR 13.106-2 will be used. Award will be made to the responsible offeror submitting the quote that provides the Best Value to the Government. Offerors must include price, catalog price lists, and a completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications_Commercial Items. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
