The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Yuma, Arizona, intends to negotiate a Sole Source contract with General Atomics Technologies, 3500 General Atomics Ct., San Diego, CA 92121-1194 for Maintenance of Real-Time Robotics Inspection System. This system includes Maintenance and Customer Support Services (Monthly), two (2) each Quarterly Visit and Semi-Annual visit. Pursuant to FAR Part 12 and 13 this acquisition will be issued under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) for a Commercial Item. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 7379 with a Size Standard of $18.0 Mil. General Atomics Technologies is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and the maintenance of the system can only be performed by General Atomics Technologies due to all data relative to the system that is necessary for System Maintenance and Support is proprietary to General Atomics Technologies.
