This solicitation will have a two day per week court requirement with a maximum dollar amount available of $27,500.00. Proposals will be ranked on technical qualifications, past experience and cost. This acquisition is set aside for certified 51% Indian-owned and controlled firms under the Buy Indian Act. 25 USC 47. This procurement is subject to Section 7(b) of P.L. 93-638 (25 U.S.C. 450e) and 41 CFR 14-1.354, which requires that perference opportunities in employment and training to be given to Indian/Alaska Individuals and that preference in the award of subcontracts be given to Indian/Alaska Native Economic Enterprises.
