J -- DESIGN/BUILD AND CONCURRENT MAINTENANCE FOR THE MODERNIZATION OF Design/Build and Concurrent Maintenance Services for the Modernization of Elevators at the US Custom House, Six World Trade Center, New York, NY. The project shall comprise of the Design/Modernization of ten (10) elevators, consisting of eight (8) passenger traction elevators and two (2) passenger/service elevators. Maintenance services are to commence upon issuance of Notice to Proceed. Two one (1) year additional maintenance options are to be priced and evaluated. An option of the Design/Modernization for the two (2) truck elevators is to be priced and evaluated. Estimated Cost is $1,500,000.00 to $2,000,000.00.
