The work will include demolition of existing windows, louvers and fixed windows with exhaust fans; general construction work; some electrical work; installation of new windows, louvers and fixed windows with exhaust fans; and necessary finishing work. The Contractor will be responsible for the repair of all surfaces and/or areas damaged from the demolition and/or construction connected with this project. This Solicitation is available for Full and Open competition. with evaluation preferences for Hubzone Small Businesses and Small Disadvantaged Businesses. The cost range for this project is estimated to be between $250,000 and $500,000.
