A solar transmittance of 12%, solar absorptance of 38%, solar reflectance of 50%, visible light transmittance of 18%, visible light absorptance of 28%, visible light reflectance of 54%, emissivity of .68, U-Value of 1.01, shading coefficient of .22, and an ultraviolet transmittance of 0-2% with a total solar energy rejection rate of 81%. The physical properties nominal shall meet or exceed a gauge of 1.5 mil, tensile strength of 28,000 PSI or 2,000 Kg/cm, melting point of 260-265 degrees Celsius with a negligible combustion rate. The solar window film shall be installed on 252 windows measuring 40-3/4" W x 70-3/4" H and on 135 windows measuring 39-3/4" W and 70-3/4" H for a total of 387 windows where film is to be installed.
