Background: U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) Washita/Optima National Wildlife Refuge Complex supports migratory wildlife in part through the production of farm crops. In order to continue the efficient production of these crops, a John Deere farm tractor model 9100 is required. The solicitation is limited to this make and model for reasons of safety, efficiency, compatibility to existing related equipment, and available service.
