The Federal Correctional Institution (FCI), complex located at 5701 8th Street, Camp Parks, Dublin, CA 94568 is soliciting for comprehensive radiology services by a licensed radiologist and technician. Service includes the performance and interpretation of diagnostic x-rays (excluding fluoroscopic examinations) and mammography. The contractor will also provide assistance in maintaining American College of Radiology Accreditation for mammography. Academic, experience, and/or special qualifications required. Licensed Physician board certified in Radiology and licensed Radiology Technician. These services will be provided on a scheduled basis. Services to be provided Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30AM to 4:00PM every week (excluding federal holidays). Services will be required for a one year base period, with four-one(1) year option periods for a total of sixty months from the date of award. The period of performance is as follows: The Base year of the contract shall be from 11/01/99 or Date of Award, whichever is later, through 09/30/00; Option Period One: 10/01/00-09/30/01; Option Period two: 10/01/01-09/30/02; Option Period three: 10/01/02-9/30/03; and Option period four: 10/01/03-09/30/04.
