This acquisition includes four (4) line items for non-personal services to provide on-site Non-Instructional services through The Distance Learning Center, for military and civilian personnel, located at the Education and Training Office, Edwards AFB Ca. Period of performance will be 99 OCT 01 thru 2000 Sep 30 with three (3) one-option years.
