Interior drainage facilities with pumping chamber, cast in place and prefabricated concrete elements, submersible pumps, gates, valves, water surface sensors, electrical and telephone lines, control panel, chain link fencing, drainage ditches, piping, AD gates, catch basins, control manholes and headwalls. Environmental mitigation includes the excavation of depressions and replanting vegetation. Diversion of water and protection and maintenance of traffic is also required. Labor cost will be in accordance with the Department of Labor wage determination general decision numbered NJ990003. The Government will award a firm fixed price contract for this solicitation.
