The Marine Corps intends to procure a sole source contract with Pulse Tech for supplies. The contract will consist of (1) 500 Battery Terminals qty 1,100 set p/n 743x300, (2) 24 volt solargizers with 3/8" lugs p/n 735x150 qty 550 ea, and (3) ASAPS 6 p/n 740x806 qty 29 ea. Note that quantities are the maximum expected to be procured, quantities may decrease once upon award. Award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. No solicitation is available. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within five (5) days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
