C -- ARCHITECT/ENGINEER SERVICES SOL V15-99-268 DUE 110299 POC Peggy Miller 913-758-6464 A/E services are required to prepare Design Development (DD) and Construction Documents (CD) for Same Day Surgery project at the VA Medical Center, 2401 W Main Street, Marion, IL. Scope of work shall include 1) Investigate and prepare design development drawings and specifications, including a construction cost estimate, for remodeling from schematics provided by the VAMC; and 2) Prepare construction documents consisting of drawings, specifications and construction cost estimate based on the approved DD submittal. All work shall be in full compliance with Department of Veterans Affairs Program Guide PG-08-15, Volume C, A/E Submission Instructions for Minor and NRM Construction Program. All interested firms having the capabilities and qualifications to perform such Design Development and Construction documents should submit two (2) sets of SF 254 and SF 255 forms for the prime firm and all consultants to: Network 15 Contracting Section (10N15-90), ATTN: Peggy Miller, 4101 S 4th Street Trafficway, Leavenworth, KS 66048, by close of business November 2, 1999.
