66 -- VIBRATION SURVEY ANALYZERS FOR AV-8B ENGINES SOL M68335-99-R-0353 DUE 101299 POC Ms. Alice Tornquist (732) 323-4316 The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst intends to procure the Model 2020 Vibration Analyzer Test Set (3 each), related software and spare parts for use in testing Av-8B Aircraft engines for the Italian Navy. Technology for Energy Corporation is the only known source with the knowledge, experience and technical data required to perform this effort. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
