Selection will be based on: 1) Experience with similar types of contracts with Government agencies and private industry; 2) Professional qualifications of the staff to be assigned to the project; 3) Professional capacity of the firm to accomplish proposed work within scheduled time frames; 4) Location of the firm with respect to VA Ann Arbor. Construction cost range is between $100,000 -- $250,000. SIC for construction is 1731 Electrical Work.
