The small business size standard is $5.0 million. NNMC has a requirement for a preventive maintenance contract for an Advanced Technology Laboratories (ATL) Model UM9HDI Color Ultrasound system. Award will be made in the form of a purchase order from date of award through 30 September 2000 with four (4)option years. The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. The Government may determine that an offer is unacceptable if the option prices are significantly unbalanced. Evaluation of options shall not obligate the Government to exercise the options.
