Z -- TRANSITION FROM HARD COPY TO WED-BASED DISTRIBUTION OF ALL The Civil Engineering Unit Cleveland will begin transitioning from a hard copy distribution system for solicitations to a web-based distribution system. Hard copies will also be available, on a case by case basis, between October 15 and October 30, 1999.
