Armstrong 440-526-3030 extension 7413 The Employee Education Business Center, Cleveland, Ohio, proposes to enter into a non-competitive contract with the State Medical Society of WI (SMS), 330 East Lakeside Street, Madison, WI 53701-1109, for consultation/training services to provide evaluation and management documentation coding and form auditing for healthcare providers in VISN 12. SMS was awarded a contract with VISN 12 to perform basic coding training. This is a follow-on contract to perform the next phase of training at various locations within VISN 12. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposal. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
