The first will be to provide the government with a sludge box of at least 20 cubic yards which the Bureau of Reclamation will rent for a period of 11 months. The 2nd part is for transportation costs which the contractor will incur transporting this nonhazardous waste to an EPA approved facility for disposal. The 3rd item will be the fees charged to the contractor by the EPA approved facility for disposal of the nonhazardous waste.
