This requirement is for the design, purchase, installation and startup of a new fluid bed mixer used to produce colored smoke at Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, Arkansas. This requirement includes a fluidized bed mixer system with supporting equipment; chiller unit with supporting equipment; and any necessary modifications to the building where the mixer will be installed, to include but not limited to: removal/relocating existing equipment, removal of roof, and installation of a new roof. All materials, labor, supplies and machinery/equipment needed for site preparation shall be furnished by the contractor. Award will be made to the proposal considered the "best value" to the Government. Award is contingent upon receipt of funds.
