Solicitation number N00168-00-Q-0509 will be issued 15 October 1999 for the Critical Care Medicine/DMS Department, National Naval Medical Center. The standard industrial classification code for this acquisition is 7378. The small business size standard is $18.0. NNMC has a requirement for a preventive maintenance contract for one hundred fifty six (156) HP Laserjet printers of various models. Award will be made in the form of a purchase order for a base year period of one (1) year effective date of award through 30 September 2000 with two (2) option years. The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. The Government may determine that an offer is unacceptable if the option prices are significantly unbalanced. Evaluation of options shall not obligate the Government to exercise the options.
