Service will include two (2) maintenance inspections per year, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. normal working hour maintenance coverage, software upgrades and all parts. Award will be made in the form of a purchase order for a base year period of one (1)year effective from date of award through 30 September 2000 with four (4) option years. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
