The Naval Air Systems Command, Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), intends to procure Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) in support of Acquisition and Life Cycle management for AIR-1.1, Program Support Department. These areas include: Acquisition and Program Planning and Management, Production Management, Procurement Planning, Production Documentation, Configuration Management, Budget Estimating, Manufacturing Cost Estimating, Program Analysis and Requirements Coordination. Solicitation N00421-00-R-0116 will result in a Time and Material (T&M), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) ordering contract for one base year and two option years with an estimated minimum ordering requirement for 6,144 labor hours per year and an estimated maximum ordering requirement for 61,440 labor hours per year. This requirement is restricted to a 100% small business set-aside, under Standard Industrial Classification Code 8741, Management Services. Due to the nature of the requirement, the Contractor must maintain facilities located within 25 miles of the main gate (Gate 2) of Naval Air Station, Patuxent River, MD.
