The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) intends to negotiate a sole source modification for a three month period of performance extension to General Services Administration (GSA) Delivery Order No. N00039-98-F-3026 with Troy Systems of Fairfax, VA. The Navy requires reconciliation of problem disbursements and official undistributed disbursements; contract and reimbursable reconciliation; problem disbursement training and transmittal package preparation; canceling year fund analysis; updating the SPAWAR access-based Unmatched Disbursement/Negative Unliquidated Obligation (UMD/NULO) tracking system with assignments, research, corrective actions, etc. utilizing financial database systems such as STARS, MOCAS, CERPS, and COBRA; Registered Contract Reconciliation Agent (RCRA) registration of contract correction packages into the Contract Reconciliation Registering System (CRRS); and preparation and maintenance of status reports. It is SPAWAR's intention to award this extension to the above mentioned fixed priced level of effort delivery order to ensure continuity of services while a follow-on requirement is being competed amongst GSA contract holders.
