The base period is April 1, 2000 through March 31, 2001. The solicitation also includes four one-year option periods. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns. The standard industrial classification number is 7389 and the business size standard is $5 million. This solicitation will be issued on or about October 21, 1999, with a tentative closing date on or about December 7, 1999.
