Dodge, 7625 Collection Center Drive, Chicago, IL. for on-line construction and design news reporting services to support the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) program. Access to this news reporting service will enable the Disability Rights Section of DOJ to continue with its on-going ADA Compliance Project. Through market research, other companies were located that provide similar services, however, F.W. Dodge was the only company that met all requirements. Any respoonses received as a result of this notice of intent shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses will not be considered as either proposals or bids. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition, based upon the written responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
