The Federal Correctional Institution (FCI), Terminal Island (San Pedro), CA is seeking sources to provide Air Ambulance/Air Charter services. The services are required to move federal inmates who meet certain medical criteria to Federal Bureau of Prison (FBOP) Medical Centers within the continental U.S. Flights for FCI Terminal Island will originate either from Long Beach Airport, Long Beach, CA, or Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), Los Angeles, CA. We intend to award a "Requirements" type contract for a base year with four option years. Flights will be ordered as "required" during the contract period.
