Solicitation Number: DECA01-99-R-0080 To furnish paper grocery bags to Commissary locations within the Eastern Region of the Defense Commissary Agency. The Eastern Region shall be divided into three geographic areas: Southern Area, Central Area and the Northeast Area. The Southern Area is comprised of Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana and South Carolina. The Central Area is comprised of Arkansas, Missouri, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina, Virginia and Ohio. The Northeast Area consists of Pennsylvania, Washington DC, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Maine. Offers shall be submitted for delivery to all commissaries located within an Area. Award shall be made on an "all or none" basis by Area. A Firm-Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment Requirements Type Contract is contemplated. This Solicitation is to be issued on an unrestricted basis.
