Smith (919) 541-0635 Contracting Officer The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) intends to negotiate sole source with Fertility Solutions, Inc. 13000 Shaker Blvd., Cleveland, OH 44120, to optimize a previously developed home semen collection container to be used in site-based, epidemiology studies to evaluate reproductive health in humans exposed to environmental pollution or water disinfection byproducts, and to develop improved instructional materials. EPA believes Fertility Solutions, Inc., is the only vendor who can provided these services. The period of performance is expected to be six months from awarded of purchase order. Any firm which feels it is capable of satisfying the requirements stated above should fully explain their capabilities in writing within 15 days of the date of this announcement.
