The period of performance is 10/1/99 through 9/30/00. Lexus-Nexus is an online, fully interactive computer assisted research service offering a full range of legal, legislative, regulatory, news, public record, company and financial, medical and current affairs information. The Lexus-Nexus services offer, in one database and without the need for electronic gateways, desktop access to the full text of more than 1.5 billion documents including: federal and state case law, administrative decisions, statutes, regulations, law reviews, bills, bill tracking reports, and executive and other agency documents; international and national newspapers, periodials, trade publications, magazines and newsletters; radio and television broad cast transcripts; and congressional hearings transcripts and testimony. The Lexus-Nexus services also provide exclusive online access to the Shepard's legal relational citation services. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals, and no solicitation document is available. Information recieved will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement which is solely within the discretion of this office.
