The Francis Marion National Forest plans to contract for installation of artificial cavities in Red-cockaded Woodpecker (RCW) clusters on the Witherbee and Wambaw Ranger Districts, Berkeley and Charleston counties, South Carolina. The work will involve constructing and installing artificial cavities and installing restrictor plates in the RCW clusters. The Contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, supervision, transportation, labor and supplies in accordance with the specifications and provisions of the solicitation.
