We are soliciting in-kind sponsorship/donations for the Elmendorf Air Force Base's Kashim Club's Big Bingo Grand Prize to be awarded 13 December, 2000.This item will be displayed in the club lobby from the time of its reception until it is awarded. The big ticket item we are seeking is a car, truck, snow machine, or motorcycle. We are also seeking sponsor/donations for items such as coupons, gift certificates, trips, shirts, and hats. This event is designed to draw regular participants of the club bingo program. The bingo program will commence in January, 2000. We would accept all or part donation/sponsorship depending on the sponsor and what they are able to provide. Advertising will be done at all areas of the base. Sponsors may set up booths and dispaly banners at the event. Representation of the sponsor at the event will be accepted and encouraged. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitationmay be requested no later than 31 December, 1999.
