DESC: We are soliciting in-kind sponsorship/donations for the Elmendorf Air Force Base Tenn Center's Christmas Skaters Competition. This activity will be conducted 18 December, 1999 at the base Community Center's Indoor Skate Park. Divisions for participants will include ages 11 and under, 12-15, 16-18, and sponsored skaters. This activty is expected to draw 100 competitors. We are seeking sponsorship/donations for $1,500-$2,000 of items to include party trays, soda, chips, skateboards, helmets, and skate wear. We would accept all or part donation/sponsorship depending on the sponsor and what they are able to provide. Advertising will be done at all areas of the base. Sponsors may set up booths and display banners at the event. Representation of the sponsor at the event will be accepted and encouraged. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitaion may be requested no later than 26 November, 1999.
