We are soliciting in-kind sponsorship/donations for the Elmendorf Air Force Base Clubs St. Patricks Day Party to be conducted 17 March, 2000. We are seeking items for decorations, specialty foods, and door prizes. We would accept all or part donation/sponsorship depending on the sponsor and what they are able to provide. Advertising will be done at all areas of the base. Sponsors may set up booths and banners at the event. Representation at the event by the sponsor will be accepted and encouraged. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation may be requested no later than 3 March, 2000.
