We are soliciting sponsorship/donations for the Elmendorf Air Force Base Fitness Center's Armed Forces Basketball Tournament to be conducted 30 March, 2000 through 15 April, 2000. This event is expected to draw approximately 90 participants. We are seeking sponsorship/donations for food and beverages to be served at a social which will launch the tournamnet as well as door prizes, basketballs, athletic bags, t-shirts, drinks and fruit to be provided during the tournament, and trophies for the competitors. We would accept all or part donation/sponsorship depending on the sponsor and what they are able to provide. Advertising will be done at all areas of the base. Sponsors may set up booths and display banners at the event. Representation at the event by the sponsor would be accepted and encouraged. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation may be requested no later than 7 March, 2000.
