DESC: We are soliciting in-kind sponsorship/donations for the Elemdorf Air Force Base Fitness Center's Doubles Racquetball Tournament to be conducted 10-12 March, 2000. This event is expected to draw approximately 90 participants. Following the sporting event, a social will be held during which awards will be presented. We are seeking sponsorship/donations for food and beverages to be served at the social and and prizes to include items such as racquets, gloves, and athletic bags. Fruit and beverages to be served during the competition are needed as well. We would accept all or part donation/sposorship depending on the sponsor and what they are able to provide. Advertising will be done at all areas of the base. Sponsors may set up booths and display banners at the event. Representation of the sponsor at the event will be accepted and encouraged. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation may be accepted and addtives will be considered.
