We are soliciting in-kind sponsorship/donations for the Elmendorf Air Force Base's Susitna Club Valentines Day Brunch to be conducted 13 February, 2000. This event is expected to draw approximately 500 participants and will feature soft music, specialty deserts, and upscale entrees. We are seeking sponsorship/donations for musical entertainment, desserts, specialty foods, and flowers for centerpieces to give to the ladies in attendence. We would accept all or part donation/sponsorship depending on the sponsor and what they are willing to provide. Advertising will be done at all areas of the base. Sponsors may set up booths and display banners at the event. Representation of the sponsor at the event will be accepted and encouraged. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation may be requested no later than 1 February, 2000.
