We are soliciting in-kind donations for the Elmendorf Air Force Base Fitness Center's Power Lifting Competition to be held January 22-23. This event is expected to draw approximately 50 people participating in 6-7 weight categories. We are seeking sponsorship for trophies, prizes such as athletic bags, drinks and other give aways during the cmopetition. We would accept all or part donations/sponsorship depending on the sponsor and what they are willing to provide. Advertising will be done at all areas of the base. Sponsors may set up booths and dispaly banners at the event. Representation of the sponsor at the event will be accepted and encouraged. All offers will be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation may be requested no later than 31 December, 1999.
