S -- CELLULAR PHONE SERVICE SOL 00PU340022 DUE 100899 POC Virginia Toledo, Contracting Officer, 520-343-8136 The Bureau of Reclamation, Yuma Area Office, Yuma Desalting Plant, Yuma, Arizona 85364 intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Centennial Wireless, 770 E 32nd Street, Yuma, Arizona for cellular phone service. Competition is restricted to only one source due to exclusive service by Centennial Wireless. Cellular services is required for the area along the Colorado River all the way to Davis Dam, Arizona, California, Nevada, and Utah. Also, service shall be provided to our dredge sites. This procurement will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures. The anticipated award date is October 8, 1999. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The quotation shall show the sources' capability to provide service to all required areas.
