Provide multidiscipline architect/engineer servcies to fully develop construction documents, technical specifications, cost estimates, and related construction period services for Project 515-00-110, Finish Building 2. This project will renovate appoximately 3500 SF of existing space located at the VA Medical Center, Battle Creek, MI. This space is located in the existing outpatient building and will provide a new procedure and recovery room along with all necessary support spaces, new public restrooms and expansion of the medical records storage area. The scope will include fully surveying work previously completed in a project nearing completion in order to utilize the existing design and conducting a thorough inventory of Government materials which were furnished as part of the previous project nearing completion. The construction estimate is between $250,000 and $500,000. This procurement is set aside for an emerging small business. The criteria of an emerging small business is $2 Million annual receipts for the preceding three years.
