This announcement consitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested per attached RFQ and are located in the Attached WORD 7.0 file, and includes the Statement of Work together with CSC Terms and Conditions and Representations and Certifications. Interested Vendors have fifteen (15) days from publication of this Synopsis/RFQ to submit their quote to the undersigned at the Internet Address or Fax Number listed below. All attached paper work is considered part of the RFQ. The Representations and Certifications must be completed and returned with your quote.
