Public Notice is hereby given that the State of Delaware, Department of Administrative Services, is soliciting letters of interest from Architectural firms for DAS/DFM Contract No. FD04 1831, Smyrna Readiness Center. The selected firm will provide design and construction services for a new 56,000 square foot Readiness Center at the Smyrna Industrial Park on Glenwood Avenue, Smyrna, DE. This project is subject to the availability of funding. Interested firms shall submit five (5) copies of their replies on or before 4:00 p.m. on Friday, October 22, 1999, to Mark A. DeVore, P. E., Chief of Engineering and Operations, Division of Facilities Management, 149 Transportation Circle, Dover, DE 19901. Responses shall include relevant past experience and reputation, orgainzational structure established for the project, expertise, demonstrated ability in services of this nature, geographical location, familiarity with public works, its requirements and systems. Distribution of work to individuals and/or firms (economic considerations, and to broaden the base from which selections are to be made) will be criteria used in selecting a firm to perform these services. All information shall be sumbitted on GSA Forms 254 and 255 or approved equivalent. Selected firms who reply will be given notice of times and dates for scheduled interviews.
