These services shall include: clinical office space and designated parking spaces at 124 Glenwood Drive, Rock Hill, SC; clinical services; security services; janitorial services; maintenance and lawn services; laboratory services, radiological services; snow removal services; and laundry services that fullfill the VA's healthcare delivery requirements, in accordance with all terms, conditions, and provisions of the solicitation for the Base Year (one year from date of award) plus (4) four one-year options. The proposed contract action is for services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
