Alteration and renovation includes but not limited to: (1) Provision of air conditioning, complete new electrical and computer wiring (2) Construction of new partition walls in blockwork masonry. (3) Fixing of 6mm thick metal plate to the safe haven area. (4) Construction of 3mx2m building shed to house a standby generator. (5) Miscellaneous Finishing works (6) Plumbing, (7) Miscellaneous Construction. The USAID premises will remain fully operational during the entire length of construction. The performance period is approximately four (4) months. The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. Landplan/BMK International Consultants will monitor the construction. Project's estimated value is between $250,000 and $350,000. Prospective bidders, both U.S. and foreign firms, must meet the minimum pre-qualifications in order to be considered.
