SE/TA services include: requirements analysis, program planning, preparation of statements of work and technical specifications,cost modeling, proposal valuation, system design study and review, system verification and validation, and documentation verification. SE/TA services will also include a management capability and structure that will ensure technically capable as well as cost effective methods and procedures are used througho ut the scope of the SE/TA services.
