The Contractor shall provide labor, material, transportation, equipment, and supervision for the collection, pickup, transportation, and disposal VIA LANDFILL of Polychlorinated Biphenyl (PCB) Bulk Product Waste, Non-Liquid Cleaning materials, and Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE). The landfill shall be permitted by a State to manage municipal solid waste subject to CFR 258 or non-municipal non-hazardous waste subject to CFR 257.5 through 257.30, as authorized by 40 CFR 761.62(b)(I),(ii)and 40 CFR 761.61(a)(5)(v). The Contractor shall provide all drivers, trucks, dumpsters or end dumps with a minimum of 20 ton capacity necessary to support this effort. The Contractor shall be fully licensed to haul the above material within the guidelines of Federal, State, and Local licensing requirements/regulations for hauling and disposal. Estimated quantity is 500 tons for a six-month period. This is a Simplified Acquisition Procurement and will be for a six-month period. The Government intends to issue this solicitation through the Internet. Specifications WILL NOT be provided in a paper (hard copy) format.
